Our Process: We Bring the Showroom to You
Our design and installation professionals bring samples of all the shutter products we offer and meet with you in your home to guide you through finding what best serves your needs. We take measurements of each window you’re considering shuttering during the shutter design consultation. This allows us to come up with a more accurate estimate of the cost for you.
Then, we arrange the shutter products next to each other and answer any questions you may have.
We show you the available paints and stains. Polywood® shutters can be custom-painted, and Ovation® shutters come in 28 wood stain colors and 11 paint colors.
Once you’ve chosen the shutters that match your style and meet your needs, consider whether you’d rather have a hidden tilt rod or a rear-mount tilt rod, a smaller louver or a larger one, a Z frame or a casing frame style.
We take your project’s measurements and submit your shutter order to be crafted. And we keep you in the loop on the estimated time of your new shutters’ arrival – so you know when to expect them.
Finally, we have a professional installation crew come out to your Houston house and set up your window treatment just right, double checking each part moves smoothly. That’s because we believe that proper installation is almost as important as the product itself.
